Instructions
Wash and dry the vegetables and herbs. Prepare a deep salad bowl ( 2.5-3 liters.), it is more convenient to spread the salad for serving.
Chop the Peking cabbage, add sugar, add a little salt, and rub lightly with your hands. Chop the coriander and garlic and mix with the cabbage.
Drain the brine from the beans and add the beans to the cabbage.
Cut the tomato into slices and put it in a salad bowl.
Pepper cut into thin rings, add to a salad bowl, mix and season with mayonnaise. P.S. : If you have a different kind of pepper-cut into thin strips.
Cut the cheese into cubes, add to the salad bowl, and mix.
To serve, cover the salad bowl with a dish, carefully turn it over. Garnish with chopped green onions, coriander and ground pepper.
