  1. Peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater.
  2. Peel and seed the Apple, grate it, sprinkle it with lemon juice, and add it to the carrots.
  3. Cheese and eggs are also grated on a large grater and add them to the salad.
  4. Add the chopped parsley.
  5. Prepare the dressing: mix sour cream, salt, lemon juice, a little sugar.
  6. Add the dressing to the salad and mix well. Put the salad in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes or a little longer. Before serving, sprinkle the salad with chopped walnuts.
