Instructions
Cut the chicken fillet into slices and sprinkle with Provencal herbs. Fry in a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil on both sides.
Transfer to a paper towel. Sprinkle with chopped garlic.
Cut the tomato into slices.
Cucumbers cut into circles.
Bulgarian pepper – straws.
Cut the chicken pieces into strips.
Lettuce leaves-straws. Put the vegetables on a platter, put the chicken pieces, chopped lettuce leaves and mozzarella on top.
Sprinkle with salt, freshly ground pepper and Provencal herbs. Drizzle with olive oil.
