  1. Cut the chicken fillet into slices and sprinkle with Provencal herbs. Fry in a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil on both sides.
  2. Transfer to a paper towel. Sprinkle with chopped garlic.
  3. Cut the tomato into slices.
  4. Cucumbers cut into circles.
  5. Bulgarian pepper – straws.
  6. Cut the chicken pieces into strips.
  7. Lettuce leaves-straws. Put the vegetables on a platter, put the chicken pieces, chopped lettuce leaves and mozzarella on top.
  8. Sprinkle with salt, freshly ground pepper and Provencal herbs. Drizzle with olive oil.
