Instructions
Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Add to the pan and lightly fry in butter for 2 minutes.
Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes. Add to the carrots, cover with water and cook from the moment of boiling for 5 minutes.
Cut the cucumber into small cubes and add to the soup, bring to a boil and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Add cheese, grated on a coarse grater, and peas to the soup along with the liquid.
Put the bay leaf, ground pepper. Add salt if necessary. Bring the soup to a boil. The soup is ready.
Serve the finished soup with sour cream and chopped herbs.
