Instructions
The products are cooked, the vegetables are not fully thawed, which is why they will harm once again.
Wash the rice, cut the mushrooms into plates, finely chop the onion, garlic and celery.
Fry the vegetables in a saucepan with rice in butter until the vegetables are soft for 5-7 minutes, then pour in the broth.
Add broccoli to the boiling broth. Bring to a boil.
Boil the following mushrooms for another 10 minutes after boiling.
In conclusion – spices, if necessary, you need to add more salt.
Serve with sour cream.
