- Broccoli
- Sauerkraut
- 1/2 pieces Onion
- 1 piece Carrrot
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper
- 2 pieces Celery root
- 1 bunch Greenery (by taste. I have cilantro and dill)
- 1-2 pieces Tomato
- 1 piece Zucchini
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- Salt (to taste)

- All the vegetables are chopped finely, if you want to disassemble on inflorescences of cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli. Celery, onions, peppers and finely chop. Part of the onion and bell pepper put in pan of boiling water to get the tomatoes, peel and add to the pan. Do not fry celery.All the rest of the vegetables in a pot with boiling water. The vegetables in the pan and fried a little, don't overcook.
