Instructions
Finely chop the mushrooms and put them to fry with onions, also finely chopped, lightly salted.
Put the mushrooms in a salad bowl, add the chopped boiled breast, nuts. If you want to add salt, pepper, oil and lemon juice, mix gently.
Cut into lettuce leaves. Put the salad on top of the grated parmesan in portions. Serve the salad warm.
