  1. That’s how my celery looked (young)! Let’s talk a little about how to eat celery properly! If the stems are young, fresh, you can not peel off the top layer from them. If the stalks are old, it is necessary to carefully remove the top layer with a knife or a vegetable peeler, so as not to eat the fiber later (they are very poorly chewed).
  2. Peel the onion and cut it into half rings.
  3. Wash the salad, slice or finely tear.
  4. Rinse the celery, remove the fibers and cut into these long pieces.
  5. In a frying pan with a small amount of olive oil, fry the celery and mushrooms for 5-7 minutes over high heat, constantly shaking the pan or stirring. Let it cool down.
  6. Finely chop the celery greens.
  7. Peel the apple and cut or rub it into strips, put it in a bowl and sprinkle with a small amount of lemon juice.
  8. Prepare the salad dressing. In a separate bowl, mix 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil, honey, soy sauce and the remaining lemon juice, whisk with a fork. In a salad bowl, mix apples, onions, lettuce leaves, fried celery with mushrooms and celery greens. Season, stir, season with pepper and salt.
