  1. Mix 100 g of sugar, 1 tsp of salt, 150 ml of vegetable oil and 3 eggs until smooth.
  2. Grate the zest of 1 orange on the smallest grater and add to the egg mixture.
  3. Sift 160 g of wheat flour and 75 g of rice flour, mix and add to the egg mixture.
  4. Knead the dough. At the end of the kneading, add 1 tsp baking powder and 1.5 g of vanillin. Stir again.
  5. The orange, from which the peel was removed, is now peeled from the remaining peel, and the pulp is cut into small pieces and added to the dough. Stir to evenly distribute the orange over the dough.
  6. Prepare a baking dish by covering it with parchment paper. Fill out the form with the prepared dough. Bake the pie in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 45-50 minutes until golden brown. When serving, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar and decorate with orange slices.
