  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Cool, add egg, salt, pepper, mix.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180C. Cover the baking sheet with parchment, lay out the rice, forming tortillas, and bake for about 10-15 minutes. Focus on your oven.
  4. Cut onion into half rings, carrot and pepper into strips, peel tomato, cut into small slices. Crush the garlic. Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the onion and garlic until transparent. Then add the carrots and pepper and fry a little more. I like my vegetables to be a little crispy.
  5. Then add the tomato, fry for a minute and add the peeled shrimp. Bring to taste, season with salt and pepper, add soy sauce and balsamic vinegar. Then simmer for a couple of minutes and remove from the heat.
  6. Put vegetables with shrimps on each biscuit and garnish with green onions. Enjoy your meal!
