Onions clean, finely cut and send in a preheated frying pan with oil.
Then wash, clean the carrots, RUB on a coarse grater and send to the onion.
String beans (not defrosting) and red beans (can be boiled, can be canned in its own juice) add to the vegetables. All salt, pepper and mix, simmer for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile pita prepare our future cakes. Cut it into 4 parts and put two sheets on each other in a baking dish. Then spread the filling of bean spread on pita bread.
Tomato cut into cubes and put on the beans, sprinkle with grated cheese, put in the oven.
As soon as the pita becomes Golden in color, get the galettes, spread them on plates and eat.
