  1. Chop the breast fillet in a blender.
  2. Finely chop the onion and lightly fry.
  3. Grate the carrots on a large grater. Divide into 2 parts. One part of the carrot is brought to softness.
  4. RUB the zucchini, add a little salt and leave for 15 minutes.
  5. In the minced meat, add spices to taste, fried onions and carrots. Mix well.
  6. In a bowl with cottage cheese, break the eggs.
  7. Punch with a blender and add milk.
  8. Add the flour and mix well.
  9. Zucchini is well wrung out from excess moisture.
  10. Add the zucchini to the minced meat and mix well.
  11. To the minced meat, add 2/3 of the dough, finely chopped, dill and mix.
  12. In a form greased with vegetable oil, spread the minced meat with zucchini.
  13. Add raw carrots and grated cheese to the remaining 1/3 of the dough. Mix well.
  14. Spread on top and level.
  15. Bake at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Sprinkle with dill. Served both cold and hot.
