Instructions
Prepare all the ingredients. Wash the vegetables and herbs, dry them.
Divide the broccoli into florets and cook for 2 minutes.
Finely chop the arugula.
Using a vegetable peeler or grater, cut the zucchini into thin strips.
In a bowl, mix the arugula and zucchini.
Pour boiling water over the almonds for 2 minutes and peel them.
Finely grate the cheese, chop the garlic, chop the almonds.
Put cheese, garlic, almonds, broccoli in the bowl of a mixer and grind with a blender, add sunflower oil oleic, punch again with a blender.
Add salt, ground black pepper. It turns out an amazing pesto!
Mix the zucchini with the pesto sauce.
