I offer one of my favorite pies. Cooking it is very simple, it always turns out!!! incredibly delicious, you will never stop at one piece, the hand itself reaches for the additive. The combination of thin crispy dough with fragrant, tender and juicy filling will not leave anyone indifferent! We will cook strudel from Filo dough, there is already one recipe on the site, but my cooking is a little different, so I will let you post your recipe, I hope it will be useful to many.

  1. Wash the apples, if you want, peel them, I didn’t peel them, and cut them into small pieces. You can cook with raisins, then you need to pour it with a small amount of boiling water and leave for 5 minutes. Melt the butter. The dough should be defrosted, it is better to do it in the refrigerator.
  2. In the test, which I usually use 12-13 sheets, 3 or 4 strudels are obtained from this amount, depending on how many sheets we put in one strudel. You can take 3 or 4 sheets, I did this and that, if there are more sheets, it turns out more puff, but lately I always do it with 3 sheets, because then more strudels come out, and they are so delicious that it is impossible to stop) We take one sheet and lubricate it with melted butter.
  3. On top of each greased leaf, you can sprinkle sugar. Take the second sheet, spread it on the first and also brush with oil, sprinkle with sugar, etc. once or twice.
  4. I lay out 1/4 of an apple in a row, I step back a little from the edges. Put the raisins on top, sprinkle with sugar. I did not specify the amount of sugar, because it depends on the variety of apples, it may be more acidic or less.
  5. Sprinkle with vanilla sugar, wrap the edges and roll into a roll. Spread on a baking sheet greased with sunflower oil. Also form the rest of the rolls.
  6. When all the strudels are formed, take a fork and make punctures on top so that there is a place for hot air to escape. Brush with butter and sprinkle with sugar. We send it to a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-40 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
