- 200 gram Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Cinnamon
- 200 gram Cookies
- 150 gram Walnuts
- 2-3 pieces Egg yolk
- 2-4 tablespoons Sugar powder

- Close strudel envelope, as I have in the photo.. From above lubricate yolk. To make an extra pair came out, make a couple of cuts diagonally.
