The dough in advance to remove from the freezer.
Wash the apples and peel them.
Remove the core, cut into pieces.
In a frying pan melt the butter, add sugar and apples. Fry until Golden brown, stir often, so as not to burn.
Add cinnamon and mix again.
Put out for another 5 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Chop cookies into not very small pieces.
Prepare the nuts. Grind the kernels into halves or quarters.
Cooled Apple mixture to the mix with nuts and biscuits.
Roll out the dough sheet 2-3 mm thick. Divide into 4 parts.
Separate the yolks from the whites. We will only need the yolk for brushing over the dough.
In the center put a bit of filling. The edges of the dough grease with a yolk, so better stick to the dough.
Close strudel envelope, as I have in the photo.. From above lubricate yolk. To make an extra pair came out, make a couple of cuts diagonally.
Place the finished products on a lightly oiled baking tray or cover with baking paper.
Bake in a preheated 180*C oven, 15-20 minutes, baking time depends on your oven.
