Knead the dough with water, flour, one egg and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Divide the dough into two parts, in one half add another spoon of vegetable oil, knead and combine with the other half. Put the dough in a bowl pour the remaining oil and leave for 30 minutes.
Cut the apples into thin slices and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Sprinkle cotton towel with flour and roll out the dough on it.
