Instructions
Prepare the ingredients. Wash the apricots well, divide into halves and remove the seeds. Dissolve the gelatin in 100 ml of water and leave to swell.
Pour the apricots into a saucepan, pour 100 ml of water and cook over low heat until soft. Rub the softened apricots through a sieve.
Pour the apricot puree back into the pan, cover with sugar and cook over low heat until about 1/3 boiling. Cool the puree to room temperature.
Add the gelatin and put the puree on the fire again, bring to a boil. Remove from heat, add lemon juice and mix well.
Cover the bottom of the marmalade mold with parchment paper and pour the marmalade mass. Put it in the refrigerator overnight.
Cut the finished marmalade into pieces and roll in sugar.
