  1. Our product. Herring can be any, but cucumbers – pickled, sweet and sour.
  2. Wash the potatoes, dry them, lubricate with vegetable oil and sprinkle with salt.
  3. We wrap each potato in foil and put it in a mold. Put it in the oven, turn it on and set the temperature to 200 degrees, bake the potatoes for 1 hour. Readiness can be checked with a thin knife directly through the foil.
  4. While our potatoes are baking, we will prepare the sauce. Finely chop the herring fillet, cucumber, onion, dill, garlic and pass through the press.
  5. Put everything in a bowl and mix.
  6. Add sour cream.
  7. Mix it. The sauce is ready.
  8. We take our potatoes out of the oven and unwrap it.
  9. Cut and season with sauce.
