All the ingredients: herring, cucumber, egg and black olives were immersed in a chopper and crushed to a paste. Olives can also be used green. I like black ones more. You can also add butter. I did not add, because I salted the herring, and it was in oil.
The pate is not very pretty color turned out, but I like this taste. For my sons, I did not use olives in pate, but added 50 g of butter.
