The ingredients for this dish are boiled rice until half cooked. Eggplant, zucchini, carrots, bell peppers and shallots. Thawed salmon.
I put the rice in a ceramic mold. Cut the eggplant into cubes and put it on the rice. Cut the zucchini and pepper into small pieces. Carrot sticks and onion half rings. Sprinkle salt, basil and dill on top of 0.5 tsp. Pour the oil and put the salmon in the center of the top.
Salmon, greased with homemade mayonnaise, cooked in olive oil with mustard. With a spoon, they smeared it all over the surface of the salmon. Add 0.5 tsp of basil and dill. Red sweet and hot pepper.
Put the salmon form in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for 40 minutes.
