Baked Trout with Potatoes and Thyme Recipe

Ingredients

Instructions
Wash the trout steaks, peel off excess scales and bones in the middle. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
In a separate bowl, mix olive oil, thyme leaves and squeezed garlic, mix well and set aside.
Peel and grate the potatoes/cut into thin slices. Season with salt and pepper, pour in 1-1.5 tsp olive mixture and mix well.
Transfer the steaks to parchment paper and roll them into a boat shape. Pour the olive mixture on top (1-1.5 tablespoons per steak).
Place the potato slices on top of the steaks in a single layer.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the fish boats for 25-30 minutes.
The finished dish is taken out of paper, spread on plates or on a platter and served to the table. Enjoy your meal!
