  1. Wash and peel the vegetables. Cut into slices using a food processor.Carrots are cut so beautifully.
  2. Also chop the potatoes.
  3. Cut the onion into 8 pieces and mix everything on a baking sheet. We put it in a preheated 180 gr. oven for 20-30 minutes, without watering anything. When the vegetables are almost ready, sprinkle them with salt (spices optional). Stir, pour in the oil and mix again. Bake until cooked.
