  1. Prepare the necessary products: milk, ready-made pudding mixture, butter, classic yogurt, Sayavordi cookies, bananas.
  2. Prepare pudding from milk, sugar and dry mixture. Stirring continuously, bring the mixture to the desired density and remove from heat. Cover the pudding closely with cling film and put it in a cool place until it cools completely.
  3. Beat the soft butter until fluffy. Continuing to beat, add parts to the pudding. Whisk until smooth and also add portions of classic yogurt.
  4. Savoyardi cookies cut into pieces and mix with custard.
  5. Prepare a detachable mold with a diameter of 24-26 cm. Spread half the mass of cookies with pudding cream.
  6. Spread the banana halves cut lengthwise on top and smear the remaining half of the cream with cookies again. Cover the pie with cling film on top and put it in a cool place for 6-8 hours.
