  1. Wash, soak for a couple of hours, preferably overnight. Next, pour water in a ratio of 1 to 5, bring to a boil and cook over medium heat until almost ready for at least 1 hour. We take onions, bell peppers, celery and carrots. Vegetables are cleaned, cut into cubes, celery strips.
  2. In a hot frying pan, pour the oil and fry the vegetables for 5 minutes over medium heat.
  3. Put the chopped tomatoes, mix, simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Put the finished beans, mix.
  5. Pour boiling water (about 2 liters). Bring to a boil.
  6. Put the diced potatoes.
  7. Add salt, pepper mixture, Italian herbs, bay leaf, bring to a boil and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
  8. Put chopped greens, I have dill, turn off the fire.
