I offer a very tasty, quick-to-prepare salad. It is better to serve it in portions, in this case the salad looks spectacular and will decorate a festive table or a romantic dinner for two. Recommend.

  1. The picture shows the products necessary for making a salad. I sorted the beans in advance, washed and boiled in salted water, without soaking. I did not take into account these one and a half hours, indicating the time of salad preparation. The salad belongs to the Mediterranean cuisine.
  2. I imagined the salad preparation process a little differently, in the form of a step-by-step assembly on pre-prepared plates. Washed and dried lettuce leaves are placed on plates, three for each.
  3. Place the beans in the center of the plates.
  4. For the beans, cut the second layer into strips of delicatessen meat (to your taste), and I have ham in a honey-spicy sprinkle.
  5. On top – Bulgarian pepper, also cut into strips.
  6. Then cut the tomato into thin slices.
  7. Prepare the dressing. To do this, mix herbs, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt in a small bowl of a blender. Whisk everything together. For refueling, you can use any greens, focus on your preferences.
  8. The dressing can be prepared in advance, it is perfectly stored in the refrigerator for several days, it can be used for any vegetable salads.
  9. The salad ingredients stacked in layers are abundantly watered with dressing.
  10. Walnuts (pre-fried in the microwave, oven, in a frying pan – you can use any option) are crushed in a blender and sprinkle the salad on the side, for decoration we spread olives. P. S. If desired, you can sprinkle balsamic on top.
