I want to offer a very tasty and very simple salad recipe. Initially, this feeling was planned in the leaves of red cabbage, but unfortunately I did not find it. Replaced with ordinary white cabbage.

  1. Separate 4 leaves from the cabbage, pour boiling water.
  2. Slice the celery and radish.
  3. Slice the avocado and tomato.
  4. Despite the fact that my recipe states that you will need 5 tablespoons of boiled beans, I soaked and boiled in a pressure cooker (the program “beans” 40 minutes) the whole package of beans. I distributed the beans in portions into bags and sent them to the freezer, as needed, I will take it out and use it. Very convenient.
  5. Mix everything in a salad bowl, season with olive oil and lemon juice.
  6. Serve the salad on a cabbage leaf, lay out a lettuce leaf, lettuce itself))) Sprinkle with dill greens.
  7. Delicious, healthy and nutritious salad. It consists only of healthy vegetables and beans, which is very useful and irreplaceable for our body.
