For cooking according to this recipe, you can take any beans.
Pre-soak the beans in water for 4 hours.
Take the smoked ribs, cut them and cut them into pieces.

While the beans with ribs, bell pepper and red onion are being cooked, wrap in foil and send to the oven to bake at a temperature of 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

Fry one finely chopped onion in half of the specified amount of oil.
Add a crushed garlic clove, finely chopped red chili pepper (to taste), ½ bunch of chopped parsley, 1/2 teaspoon of sweet paprika.
Mix it all together.
Add chopped tomatoes in their own juice or tomatoes, simmer for about 5 minutes.
Dice the baked pepper and onion.
Drain the liquid from the beans (but do not pour it out).
Add the dressing and sliced baked onion and pepper.
Add salt to taste and mix everything together.

Pour the finished beans with oil with garlic and paprika.
Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
