Cut the meat into steaks and roll it on both sides. Fry in a well-heated frying pan on both sides in vegetable oil, just a couple of minutes on each side.
In a cup, mix: mayonnaise, salt, pepper. Pass the garlic through the press, finely chop the dill, and cut the tomato into small cubes. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Mix everything well.
Place the fried chops on a baking sheet or baking dish. Sprinkle them with salt and pepper. Put our cheese and tomato mass on top of the steaks. We send our chops to the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 190 gr.
