  1. Prepare meatballs, this can be done in a frying pan or in the oven. In my case, beef and onion, baked in the oven.
  2. In vegetable oil, fry the onion, add the tomatoes, fry for 5 minutes, the heat is lower than average.
  3. Add meatballs to the vegetables.
  4. Pour a little boiling water and add the pumpkin cubes, simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the dried bell pepper and garlic and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  6. Add 1 tablespoon of boiling water to the sour cream and pour it into the pan. Simmer for 5 minutes, add salt to taste.
  7. Before serving, add finely chopped dill and green onions.
