  1. Pour the butter, sugar and vanilla into a cup. Mix thoroughly. Pour 2 cups of flour, knead the dough with a spatula. It’s sticky.
  2. Pour in mineral water, add the remaining 1.5 cups of flour, baking powder and knead the elastic dough. It turns out to be greasy and does not stick to your hands. Soft and pliable. Leave the dough to stand for 30 minutes.
  3. Roll out the dough into small balls. See for yourself what size you want to get the output cookies. The dough rises strongly. And marmalade, respectively, you will need as many products as you cook. Depends on the size. I have a ladle the size of a carrot. That’s 15 pieces. Smooth out each ball manually and put the jelly beans in the center. Flour for propping is not required. Pinch the edges and form a round bun. You can smooth it out with your hand, it will make a gingerbread. Put the cookies on a baking sheet and send them to the oven at a temperature of 180 g, until ready (browning). The finished cookies can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
