Healthy and absolutely hassle-free bread, which even a child can handle cooking. You do not need to knead anything, but stir in the oven. And we will serve bread with cheese and baked garlic. It is so delicious that it is impossible to convey in words, it should be tried. The recipe is from Lorraine Pascal, she served it with baked camembert, this time I served it with gorgonzola.

  1. Sift the whole-grain flour on a sieve, set aside the bran that will remain in the sieve.
  2. Add wheat flour, salt and yeast, mix with a spoon.
  3. Make a recess in the middle and pour in honey and water.
  4. Stir with a spoon.
  5. Sprinkle the table with flour and form the dough. We put it on a baking sheet, cover it (I with a film) and leave it for 30 minutes in a warm place, I put it next to the oven.
  6. In the meantime, the dough is suitable, we will cook garlic. Put garlic (2 pieces) in a baking dish, slightly cutting off the top, but not peeling. Add grass (thyme or rosemary), bay leaf (3 pcs.), pour honey (2 tsp.), sprinkle with pepper and a pinch of salt, add 40 g of butter and pour olive oil liberally (50 ml). We send it to the oven for 30-40 minutes. If the garlic is young, then 20-25 minutes will be enough.
  7. And here he is handsome after the oven!!!
  8. As soon as the bread is suitable, cut, smear with milk and sprinkle with bran left over from sifting. Place in a preheated 200 C oven for 35 minutes.
  9. Check the readiness of the chopsticks until you reheat them in another oven… cool…
