Put garlic (2 pieces) in a baking dish, slightly cutting off the top, but not peeling.
Add grass (thyme or rosemary), bay leaf (3 pcs.), pour honey (2 tsp.), sprinkle with pepper and a pinch of salt, add 40 g of butter and pour olive oil liberally (50 ml). We send it to the oven for 30-40 minutes.
If the garlic is young, then 20-25 minutes will be enough.
