Yeast dough can be kneaded with both hands and using a bread maker, I usually use the second option. In a bucket of bread maker pour warm water, add yeast and leave for about 5-10 minutes.
Then add the sifted flour, egg, softened butter, salt, honey (if the honey is thick, heat it a little in the microwave).
I put the bucket in the bread maker and turn on the kneading mode.
The dough put in a warm place to increase in volume by two or three times.
While the dough rises, grind in a coffee grinder oat flakes, sift them.
Knead the risen dough and divide into 10 equal parts (about 62-64 grams) into balls (I slightly flatten the ball, again collected in the bowl, connecting the edges of the round and much samipya them, then turn the pockets down).
The dough is covered with a film and give it to increase in volume 2 times.
Round handle from a wooden spoon press in the middle of each ball of dough.
Baking grease with vegetable oil, gently shift the workpiece on it, through the strainer sprinkle them with crushed oat flakes.
Bake bread in the oven at 180 degrees for about 17-20 minutes (baking time depends on the characteristics of the oven) until Golden brown.
