And we will serve bread with cheese and baked garlic. It is so delicious that it is impossible to convey in words, it is necessary to try. A recipe from Lorraine Pascal, she served with a baked Camembert, I this time with Gorgonzola.
Sift whole grain flour on a sieve, bran that will remain in the sieve, set aside.
Add wheat flour, salt and yeast, mix with a spoon.
