  1. Crumble 12 g of yeast into a bowl with warm milk and mix. In my opinion, it is more convenient to mix them from the beginning in a small amount of milk (a couple of spoons). In a bowl, break 1 egg, add 80 g of sugar and 80 ml of rastita. oil (can be replaced with 100 g). oils)
  2. Add the milk to the other ingredients, mix and add a third of the flour. Then add the zest of 1 lemon and half a teaspoon of salt, knead with a spatula.
  3. Add the flour in parts until we can knead it. When we got this still wet and already more or less compact dough spread it on the table and hang it with your hands.
  4. The dough is tender and pleasant to work with. Podpisem flour on the table and try to score the dough with flour. It took me exactly 500 grams of flour, declared by the author. But the flour is different for everyone-you can take more or less. The main thing is to collect the father-in-law in a ball. There is no need to work with it much. Put it in a bowl greased with oil, grease it and top it, cover with a towel and put it to sleep in the microwave. Before that, I heat a large mug of water in it until it is hot, put the dough next to it and forget about it for an hour and a half. The dough should increase by two or three times.
  5. Here is such a wonderful and lively dough is obtained in an hour, it has doubled.
  6. Prepare the apples by slicing them into thin slices and sprinkling with lemon juice.
  7. Put the dough on the table and pull it out with your hands. Then roll out with a rolling pin to a thickness of 1 cm. I got a rectangle with sides of 35 and 54 cm. In my opinion, reducing the width to 30 cm will be more convenient to work in the future.
  8. On the rolled out layer of dough, put in three rows of apricot jam 1-1. 5 full spoonfuls, retreating from the edges by 4-5 cm. On the first row we put apples, on the second nuts (I have a replacement for chocolate drops) on the third – soaked and pressed raisins.
  9. Close the first row with the dough, turning it up. I continued to turn in the same direction. The author came from the other side and closed the apples. Then she put them together. I didn’t pay attention to it, but it’s probably a little more beautiful as a result.
  10. The resulting roll is cut into 12 parts (you can divide it in half and again in half for convenience)
  11. Spread the roses in the form, pre-greasing the paper with vegetable oil. First on the edges, then two in the middle. I have a 30 cm pizza mold. I think a regular oven tray will do just fine. Or you can make two rolls and, accordingly, two pies in small forms, cut into 10 pieces. There is a lot of dough for a small family. As an option-reduce the milk to 200 ml – this is my norm, respectively, 400 grams of flour. I put all this beauty on the already famous mug with hot water in the micro and left it for half an hour. After half an hour, smeared with half a beaten egg (I had a stash) and sent to bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees., until Golden brown.
  12. That’s the beauty we get! The smell is mind-blowing in the apartment, I had to share it with my neighbors.
