  1. We separate the inflorescences of cauliflower and broccoli, then lower them into salted water for 10-15 minutes so that all the worms float to the surface of the water (I didn’t have a single worm). Postpone.
  2. While broccoli and cauliflower are in the water, you can peel potatoes, onions and slice pumpkin.
  3. Now you can get broccoli and cabbage out of the water and rinse under running water. Then cut the broccoli, cabbage, potatoes, pumpkin into small pieces.
  4. Now put a pot of water on the fire, when the water boils, add salt, put the vegetables in the pan and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and cook for about 5-6 minutes. until the potatoes are ready.
  5. While the vegetables are cooking, chop the onion.
  6. Fry the onion in butter, without browning, until soft.
  7. Fry the bread in butter.
  8. As soon as you turn off the heat under the pan with vegetables, use an immersion blender
  9. Add the cream to the vegetable puree and cook over medium heat until the first bubbles appear, turn it off immediately. Pour onto a plate and garnish.
  10. The cream soup is ready.
