Broccoli soup with sweet potatoes and chicken can be safely attributed to proper and healthy nutrition. It is light, low-calorie and very useful. Even those who hate broccoli eat it, as a rule, with great pleasure. Yes, to be honest, broccoli is not felt there at all. The soup turns out to be slightly sweet due to the sweet potato, so if you want, you can add a little acid to it - lemon juice, white wine vinegar or a small tomato will perfectly cope with this task.
Prepare the products. Wash the meat. Wash the carrots, sweet potatoes and broccoli under running water, and peel the onion and garlic. Wash the dill and shake off the water.
Cut the sweet potatoes, carrots and onions into cubes, put them in a small saucepan and cover with water. Cook on a low heat for 15 minutes, then add the chicken fillet cut into pieces and cook for another 10 minutes, until the vegetables are fully cooked. Pour into the soup, broccoli, divided into inflorescences, and crushed garlic, cook for no more than 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste, add chopped fresh herbs, remove the pan from the stove.
Punch the soup with a blender to a creamy state, straighten with salt and pepper.
And if you can't buy sweet potatoes, you can safely replace them with potatoes.
