The simplest recipe for a quick breakfast for a sweet tooth! Buckwheat porridge with Arabic notes in the taste, which give halva and dates! Suitable for fasting.
Pour buckwheat flakes with water, add a pinch of salt and cook for 5 minutes. Then turn off the oven and leave for 1-2 minutes for the cereal to “rest”.
Meanwhile, rinse and slice the dates.
Grate the halva on a coarse grater.
Mix the finished porridge with halva and dates. Taste it – halva and dates are sweet enough, and I didn’t sweeten the porridge additionally. But if you want, add more honey to taste.
This dish pleasantly diversifies the local breakfast in just a few minutes and can be perfectly used in a lean form!
