  1. Pour boiling water over the flakes and leave to swell for 15 minutes. During this time, the boiling water will cool down and put sugar, salt and yeast in the hercules. Pour in the oil.   5. Roll into balls and leave them to rest for 10-15 minutes. The balls are approximately 5-6 cm in diameter .
  6. I will form flower buns, you can call them butterflies. The ancient modeling of buns, so our grandmothers still molded their simple pastries to delight their grandchildren with beauty. We need to divide each ball into 2 parts. Roll these pieces into balls again and form them into a tortilla with a diameter of ~ 5-6 cm, you can use a rolling pin, I will sculpt tortillas with my fingers.
