  1. The first thing we do is cook cabbage. We will need 1 small fork of cabbage. Cut the leaves at the base, next to the stem. Remove the leaves. If it is impossible to remove the leaves, then you will need to boil the cabbage completely and slowly remove the leaves during cooking. Cabbage leaves should be boiled well in salted water until soft, so that they do not crackle on the teeth later. Young cabbage will be enough for about 7 minutes.
  2. Prepare the filling. Boil 3 hard-boiled eggs. Grate the cheese and eggs on a fine grater. Finely chop the dill. Mix everything in a bowl, adding salt and mayonnaise.
  3. At the cabbage leaf, cut a thick strip in the middle, or you can cut it off altogether. Put 1 tablespoon of filling on a baking sheet, spread over the entire surface.
  4. Fold the edges on the sides and roll into a roll. Thus, we collapse all the rolls. Press a little with the palm of your hand and smooth each roll.
  5. Beat 2 eggs with a fork with a small pinch of salt. Roll in crumbs first in flour, then dip in egg. Repeat. Thus, the rolls will be double breaded.
  6. Fry on both sides in a heated frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry over low heat until golden brown.
  7. Serve with mayonnaise or sour cream.
