  1. Vegetables are washed and cleaned. Onions cut into feathers, carrots into cubes or three on a grater in Korean. Fry the vegetables in vegetable oil over medium heat for 3 minutes.
  2. Cut the pumpkin into cubes.
  3. Put the pumpkin in the pan with the vegetables and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Thinly shred the cabbage.
  5. Put the cabbage in the pan, add the hot pepper cut into rings.
  6. Add salt, coriander, paprika, and pepper mixture. Stir and simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat.
  7. Put the chopped Hunting sausages, mix, and fry for 3 minutes. I’m at this stage slightly increase the heat to evaporate the excess liquid, but constantly interfere so that the vegetables do not burn.
  8. Add the tomato sauce, stir, and simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat.
