Cake-Ring “Alfredo” with Chicken and Garlic Recipe
This is a ring pie made of pizza dough with Alfredo sauce – hence the name.. You can take any one you like best. The pie remains soft for three days, it is enough to reheat in the microwave, and the delicious dish is ready. Yes, it’s an energy calorie bomb! So, I tried a little to reduce this “explosion” by replacing Alfredo sauce with ready-made cheese sauce (you can replace it with mayonnaise – but it’s banal!), and I took the number of ingredients to my liking. And you can also change a lot of things, shorten, add… The field for experiments is huge! But, first, I will give the recipe in its original form.

  1. Divide the dough into balls with a diameter of about 5 cm. Put it in a bowl and drizzle with oil. Cover and let stand until it increases in volume.
  2. Cut the bacon into pieces.
  3. Grate both cheeses on a coarse grater.
  4. Boiled chicken (it is better to take not only the breast, but also the thighs, so that there is no dry meat) is broken into fibers or finely chopped.
  5. Prepare the greens: wash, finely chop. I took cilantro, dill and some onions.
  6. Put dough balls on all prepared and crushed products. Add the cheese sauce.
  7. Mix everything thoroughly without squeezing out the dough.
  8. If you have a mold that requires lubrication, lubricate it with olive oil. Lay out the whole cake mixture.
  9. Bake at 190 degrees for about half an hour. The pie should turn out ruddy! Using a dish or a large plate, turn it over, pulling it out of the mold.
