  1. Peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater. We will need 200 gr. of the finished product.
  2. Steam a handful of raisins in boiling water for 5 minutes.
  3. Add a pinch of salt, honey and lemon juice to the carrots. Mix gently.
  4. Put the carrots in the creamers or salad bowls.
  5. Drain the water from the raisins. Spread the raisins on the carrots.
  6. Peel half an orange. Cut into small pieces.
  7. Place the orange slices on the raisins.
  8. Gently add the cold white yogurt on top. Sprinkle pumpkin seeds on top or add walnuts.
