  1. The cauliflower and small broccoli are disassembled into inflorescences and boiled in salted water until soft.
  2. Cream (you can have any fat content) a little salt, pepper, add nutmeg, beat the eggs and mix.
  3. We throw the boiled cabbage into a colander, put it in a baking dish and pour the filling. The size of the mold depends on the size of the cabbage, I have a shape of 18 x 28 cm. With a fork, lightly press down the cabbage so that it is covered with stuffing.
  4. Put the mold in the oven and bake at 180 degrees until golden brown, about 20-25 minutes, look at your oven.
  5. The casserole is delicious both hot and cold. Great for dinner, after which you will be fed without further remorse.
