  1. In a frying pan, fry the minced meat in a small amount of fat until golden brown. (You can add mushrooms-optional!)
  2. Add the onion or leek. Season with salt, pepper and sweet paprika.
  3. Cut rye bread into slices. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the garlic pieces. Fry the bread on both sides. Put it on a kitchen towel and let the fat drain. Repeat several times.
  4. Sour cream filling: mix thick sour cream (fresh cream) with egg.
  5. Add 1/2 of the grated cheese.
  6. Grease the baking dish with oil. Put the fried fragrant bread on the bottom of the mold, add a little fresh chopped parsley (if any).
  7. On top – ruddy minced meat. Pour a little fill.
  8. Alternate again: bread + parsley.
  9. Pour again. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  10. Bake in a preheated 180 * C oven for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is browned. Enjoy your meal!
