  1. Cut the carrots into slices and put them on foil;
  2. Cut onion rings and spread 2/3 on carrots;
  3. Wash the catfish and put it on the vegetables. Sprinkle with the remaining onion;
  4. Cut the tomatoes into half rings and put them on top. Then pour in the lemon juice and spread the pulp evenly. Bake in a preheated 190° oven for 30 minutes. Then decorate with herbs.
  5. The dish turned out to be incredibly fragrant and rich. The total weight was 670 grams, but I divided it into 4 portions.
