Charcoal-Baked Turkey Platter Recipe
Very tasty and flavorful second course with smoke on coals. Tender Turkey fillet is complemented with vegetables, sweet pears and rich gravy! Cooking assorted dishes is simple and not long, I highly recommend it)

  1. For the recipe you will need 2 steaks. Cut the zucchini into small circles.
  2. Tomato, pepper and pear – slices.
  3. Cut the Turkey steaks in half.
  4. Put the vegetables and Turkey in a baking dish on the coals – alternating. Attach the pear slices.
  5. Mix soy sauce with butter, sour cream, honey and garlic through a press.
  6. Grease the dish with sauce.
  7. Sprinkle with paprika and add rosemary sprigs. Cover the top with foil.
  8. Bake on not too hot coals for 15-20 minutes, then remove the foil and fill it with smoke (preferably inflate the coals a little, and cover the grill with a lid), another 5-10 minutes.
  9. Serve in a slightly cooled form, pouring water from the mold.
