Very tasty and flavorful second course with smoke on coals. Tender Turkey fillet is complemented with vegetables, sweet pears and rich gravy! Cooking assorted dishes is simple and not long, I highly recommend it)
For the recipe you will need 2 steaks. Cut the zucchini into small circles.
Tomato, pepper and pear – slices.
Cut the Turkey steaks in half.
Put the vegetables and Turkey in a baking dish on the coals – alternating.
Attach the pear slices.
Mix soy sauce with butter, sour cream, honey and garlic through a press.
Grease the dish with sauce.
Sprinkle with paprika and add rosemary sprigs.
Cover the top with foil.
Bake on not too hot coals for 15-20 minutes, then remove the foil and fill it with smoke (preferably inflate the coals a little, and cover the grill with a lid), another 5-10 minutes.
Serve in a slightly cooled form, pouring water from the mold.
