Cheese Balls with Mozzarella Recipe
I offer very tasty cottage cheese balls with mozzarella for a snack or snack. Koloboks are quickly prepared, they are obtained with a crispy crust, with a delicate cream-cheese center. We really liked them in combination with lingonberry sauce.

  1. Mash the curd well with a fork.
  2. Add the egg, salt and garlic, squeezed through a press. Knead well.
  3. Sift the flour and mix well. Wash the parsley, finely chop, and add to the curd mass, mix.
  4. 1 tbsp cottage cheese mixture to form a pellet. Put a ball of mozzarella in the middle.
  5. Pinch the edges and form a tight bun.
  6. Each bun is well rolled in breadcrumbs ( I had a breadcrumbs mixture).
  7. It turned out 13 koloboks.
  8. Pour vegetable oil into a saucepan. Bring to boil.
  9. Fry several koloboks in boiling oil over high heat for 4-5 minutes. Then transfer them to a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
  10. Ready-made koloboks are served to the table.
