Instructions
  1. Let’s start with the shrimp. I took the king’s cup. They need to be defrosted and cleaned. For the shrimp that will decorate the snack, leave the tails. In a frying pan, heat a spoonful of olive oil and fry the crushed garlic clove on both sides. Take out the garlic, and just put the shrimp in this oil.
  2. Add the Kikkoman soy sauce. This will give the shrimp a piquant taste. Evaporate the sauce for 2-3 minutes, stirring.
  3. Put the shrimp on a plate and sprinkle with a small amount of lemon.
  4. Those shrimps with tails should be put aside for decoration. Cool the remaining slightly and grind into crumbs in a food processor.
  5. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Chop the garlic. Add mayonnaise and tiny shrimp. Mix everything thoroughly. From this mass, roll balls the size of a walnut.
  6. Wash the dill and dry it well. Finely chop. This is our decoration. Roll the finished balls in dill. Put the finished balls on chips and garnish with shrimp on top.
