Cut the cheese into pieces, put it in a food processor bowl and chop it.
If your combine has a small grater, use it.
Put the shredded cheese in a bowl and add the mayonnaise and garlic.
Garlic should be a little, so that it is only slightly felt and gives piquancy, not sharpness.
Peel the tangerines from their skins and films, remove the bones, if any.
Add the pieces of pulp and a little juice to the cheese and mix well.
If the mass is too dry, add a little more juice or mayonnaise.
With wet hands, roll the balls, the size is at your discretion.
Roll each ball in coconut shavings.
Allow the finished balls to stand in the refrigerator for a while, then serve.
I do not recommend storing this snack for more than 12 hours.
You can make a snack more budget-friendly and cook it a little differently: grate the "marble" cheese, mix it with mayonnaise and garlic and roll the balls, putting a piece of Mandarin in the middle of each.
We liked this option better.
Put the ready-made balls in paper capsules, tartlets or just on a dish.
