Instructions
  1. Cut the cheese into pieces, put it in the bowl of a food processor and chop. If there is a fine grater in your combine, use it.
  2. Put the grated cheese in a bowl and add mayonnaise and garlic. Garlic should be a little, so that it is only slightly felt and gives piquancy, not sharpness.
  3. Peel the tangerines from the peel and films, remove the bones, if any. Add the pieces of pulp and a little juice to the cheese and mix well. If the mass is too dry, add a little more juice or mayonnaise.
  4. Roll the balls with wet hands, the size is at your discretion.
  5. Roll each ball in coconut chips. Let the finished balls stand in the refrigerator for a while, then serve to the table. I do not recommend storing this snack for more than 12 hours.
  6. You can make a snack more budget-friendly and cook it a little differently: rub the “marble” cheese, mix it with mayonnaise and garlic and roll the balls, putting a piece of tangerine in the middle of each. We liked this option more. Put the finished balls in paper capsules, tartlets or just on a dish.
  7. Bon Appetit!
